Everything You Need to Know About Our Process
-
Do I need to fly to Florida to give you access to the property?
No. Over 80% of our clients manage the entire process remotely from out of state. You can grant us access via a real estate lockbox code, have a local neighbor or probate attorney meet our supervisor, or mail us a temporary key. We handle the rest.
How do I know my family's home is secure during the process?
Security is our top priority. Our supervisor locks the property every time the crew exits, even for short breaks. We strictly respect community guidelines in developments like Tradition and PGA Village, ensuring all gates, garage doors, and windows are completely secured at the end of each workday.
-
Are you licensed and insured to work in Port St. Lucie?
Yes. Supreme Estate Resolutions LLC is a legally registered corporate entity in the State of Florida. We carry comprehensive Commercial General Liability insurance to protect the property against any accidental damage during the cleanout process.
What happens if your crew accidentally damages something in the home?
Because we carry premium commercial liability insurance, the property is fully protected. In the highly unlikely event that a wall is scratched or a fixture is damaged during heavy lifting, our insurance covers the repairs completely. We only use vetted, professional field crews.
-
What happens if you find hidden valuables or personal documents?
We use a strict "Stop and Secure" protocol. If our crews uncover hidden cash, jewelry, historical military medals, land deeds, or sensitive financial documents, the item is immediately placed in a secure container. We take a photograph, notify you instantly, and arrange for secure shipping to your home address.
Can I provide a list of specific items I want you to look for?
Absolutely. Before we begin, you can specify any missing family heirlooms, photo albums, or specific paperwork you want found. Our sorting team will actively hunt for these items during the cleanout and set them aside safely for you.
-
How do you determine the price of an estate cleanout?
Our pricing is completely transparent and based on volume (the number of truckloads), labor time, and local St. Lucie County disposal fees. We provide a guaranteed, flat-rate proposal after our virtual or in-person walkthrough. The price we quote is the exact price you pay—there are never any surprise fees.
Do you buy furniture or subtract its value from the total bill?
We are a management and resolution service, not antique dealers or estate liquidators. If there are items of high value, we recommend having them appraised or sold before we arrive. Any remaining high-quality usable furniture is responsibly donated to local Treasure Coast charities, and we provide you with the donation receipt for your tax records.
